How much information should we put in our Outline Proposal Form?
The Outline Proposal Form is a short form that provides us with a brief description of your project. This form should include enough information for us to understand what your plans for the project are, the need for it, the beneficiaries and the difference your project will make to your local community.
Please be as clear and to the point as possible as this process is meant to enable us to give you a quick answer. You should bear in mind that in most instances we know nothing about your organisation and the project and you should write the information clearly, minimising the use of jargon.
You might find it useful to ask someone who is not connected to your organisation to read the form before you send it to us to see if they understand what you have said.
